DANO Sp. z o.o. is a licensed marine personnel recruitment agency as Employment Agency on the territory of Poland and abroad.

The company provides a professional service for the customers with a great dedication. The staff consists only of high-qualified specialists with a high education level and experience in maritime business.

Ship Owners are invited to use our crewing services for all types of vessels. Moreover, we can provide with fitters able to carry out repairs onboard the vessels staying in port as well as in operation. Fitters can be employed for one day period or whole months. DANO has implemented the International Safety Management (ISM) Code for the office and managed vessels. Therefore, the quality of our services is of the top standards. The safety and security is constantly improved.

DANO crewing services include:

- arranging for crew of various nationalities
- arranging for Flag State Endorsements
- arranging for seafarers training and certificates
- testing candidates knowledge, English skills
- arranging for interviews directly with Ship Owners in our office or via phone
- arranging for Health Certificates or verification of Health Certificates
- processing of Personal Injuries claims directly with P&I Clubs on behalf of the Owners
- supplying crew with the working gear, officer uniforms
